Tandoori Chicken with Roasted Cauliflower and Red Onion

- 300 g boneless chicken thighs
- 250 g cauliflower
- 1 piece red onion
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp tandoori spices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Mix the yogurt and tandoori spices, then coat the chicken with this marinade.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into florets and the onion into wedges. Arrange on a baking sheet with the chicken and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 3
Roast for 23 to 25 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and the cauliflower is tender.
