Asian-Style Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry
A simple and flavorful Asian-style stir-fry with tender chicken and crispy broccoli. Serve on its own or with rice - a weeknight classic.

- 400 g Chicken
- 250 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small, even dice.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Cook the chicken for 5 minutes, stirring, then add the broccoli.
Step 5
Continue cooking for 8 minutes, stirring regularly, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
