Sautéed Chicken with Carrots and Potatoes

- 600 g Chicken
- 300 g Carrot
- 250 g Potato
- 30 ml Oil
- 100 ml Water
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and slice the vegetables into batons.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the chicken for 5 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Add the carrots and potatoes, cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4
Pour in the water, cover, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
