Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 300 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrot
- 30 ml Oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small cubes about 2 cm in size.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes and carrots into small dice.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
Step 4
Add the chicken and brown for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 5
Add potatoes and carrots, stir-fry for 10 minutes until cooked through.
Step 6
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
