Stir-Fried Chicken with Carrots and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 2 piece Carrot
- 200 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and the carrots into sticks. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat.

Sauté the chicken until golden, about 6 minutes.
Step 4
Add the carrots and broccoli, stir well and cook for 7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
