Stir-Fried Chicken with Broccoli and Carrots

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into regular pieces and broccoli into small florets, slice carrots into matchsticks.
Step 2
Heat oil in the wok over high heat. Cook chicken for 8-10 minutes stirring regularly until golden.
Step 3
Add carrots and broccoli, continue cooking for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
