Sautéed Chicken with Broccoli and Carrots

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken
- 400 g Broccoli
- 300 g Carrot
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into strips and the carrots into sticks. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 8 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the carrots and broccoli. Continue cooking for 7 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
