Asian Stir-Fried Chicken with Vegetables in Soy-Honey Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 2 piece Carrot
- 200 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- 100 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Cut carrots into sticks and broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Mix soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, pressed garlic, and water in a bowl to make the sauce.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over high heat, sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes until cooked.
Step 4
Add carrots and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the sauce, stir well, and let thicken for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
