Asian Stir-Fried Chicken with Vegetables and Rice
A savory Asian wok with marinated chicken and crispy vegetables served over white rice: a delicious and exotic everyday dish.

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 250 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrot
- 1 piece Apple
- 300 g White rice
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 600 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in boiling water. Cut the chicken into cubes, the broccoli into florets, the carrot into sticks and the apple into cubes.
Step 2
Mix soy sauce, honey and grated ginger in a bowl. Marinate the chicken for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan, sear the chicken until golden. Set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, cook the broccoli and carrot for 5 minutes. Add the chicken, apple and sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the stir-fried chicken over hot white rice.
