Chicken Stir-Fry with Soy Sauce, Rice and Vegetables
A savory Asian stir-fry with tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and a light soy sauce. Ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 200 g Carrot
- 250 g Broccoli
- 250 g White rice
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 15 ml Honey
- 2 clove Garlic
- 30 ml Oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the white rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes and chop the vegetables into small pieces.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the chicken for 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4
Add the carrots and broccoli, cook for 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the soy sauce and honey, stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the chicken stir-fry over rice with the vegetables.
