Asian-Style Sautéed Chicken with Rice
A savory stir-fried chicken inspired by Asian cuisine, served with white rice, fresh vegetables, and a soy-honey sauce. Simple and delicious.

- 400 g Chicken
- 150 g Carrot
- 250 g White rice
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 15 ml Honey
- 10 g Garlic
- 30 ml Oil
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the white rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the chicken and carrot into small dice.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the chicken with garlic for 6-7 minutes.
Step 4
Add the carrot and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the soy sauce and honey, mix well for 1 minute.
Step 6
Serve the sautéed chicken over hot white rice.
