Roast Chicken with Potatoes and Broccoli
A simple French classic: chicken seared golden in a pan and served with roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli. Delicious and comforting.

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 300 g Potatoes
- 250 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into cubes and place them in a pot with salted water. Start cooking.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat the oil in a skillet and sear the chicken for 8-10 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Set aside on a plate.
Step 4
Drain the cooked potatoes and add them to the skillet with a little oil. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Steam or pan-fry the broccoli for 5 minutes. Plate everything together.
