Roasted Chicken with Vegetables and Green Salad
A golden roasted chicken with caramelized carrots and cauliflower, served with fresh salad. A satisfying and complete dish that impresses on the table in 40 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1200 g Chicken
- 3 piece Carrots
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Salad
- 1 piece Lemon
- 2 branches Fresh thyme
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 30 g Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Step 2
Cut the carrots into batons and the cauliflower into florets. Drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Place the chicken in a baking dish, brush with butter, season with salt and pepper. Add the thyme and lemon juice.
Step 4
Arrange the vegetables around the chicken and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, prepare the salad by washing it and dressing with oil and lemon.
Step 6
Once cooked, check that the chicken is golden brown. Serve with fresh salad.
