Roasted Chicken with Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 4 piece Carrot
- 6 piece Potato
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut the carrots and potatoes into even pieces.
Step 2
Place the chicken in the center of a roasting pan. Arrange the vegetables around it.
Step 3
Drizzle with oil, season generously with salt and pepper. Add 200ml of water.
Step 4
Roast for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
