- 1 whole Chicken
- 4 pieces Carrot
- 6 pieces Potato
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and cut the carrots and potatoes into large chunks.
Step 2
Place the chicken in a roasting pan. Arrange the vegetables around it.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil, season generously with salt and pepper.
