Roasted Chicken with Carrots and Potatoes

- 1 whole Chicken
- 600 g Potato
- 400 g Carrot
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 30 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut potatoes and carrots into even-sized pieces.
Step 2
Arrange the vegetables in a roasting pan, drizzle with oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place the chicken in the center, rub with butter, season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Roast for 45 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
