Roasted Chicken with Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 800 g Chicken
- 4 piece Carrot
- 5 piece Potato
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut carrots and potatoes into sticks.
Step 2
Cut chicken into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Sear chicken in a hot pan with oil for 5 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Add vegetables around the chicken, pour in a little water, and bake for 15 minutes.
