Roast Chicken with Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken
- 4 medium Carrot
- 6 medium Potato
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and cut the carrots and potatoes into sticks.
Step 2
Place the chicken in a roasting pan, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Arrange the vegetables around the chicken and drizzle with melted butter.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
Step 5
Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
