Roasted Chicken with Carrots and Potatoes
A classic French comfort dish: whole roasted chicken with caramelized vegetables. Perfect for a family Sunday dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 800 g Potatoes
- 4 piece Carrots
- 50 g Butter
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut potatoes and carrots into even pieces.
Step 2
Place chicken on a baking sheet, coat with butter, season with salt and pepper. Arrange vegetables around it.
Step 3
Roast for 50 minutes. Stir vegetables halfway through for even cooking.
