Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breasts
- 200 g Green asparagus
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Pesto
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Trim the asparagus ends. Spread pesto on the chicken breasts.
Step 2
Arrange the chicken, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
Step 3
Roast for 18-20 minutes until the chicken is golden and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
