Grilled Za'atar Chicken with Cucumber and Bell Pepper Salad

Ingredients
- 300 g boneless chicken thighs
- 1 piece cucumber
- 1 piece yellow bell pepper
- 1 tbsp za'atar
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Rub the chicken thighs with za'atar and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 2
Grill the chicken 6 to 7 minutes on each side over high heat.
Step 3
Cut the cucumber into half-moons and dice the bell pepper into small pieces.
Step 4
Dress the salad with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice. Serve alongside the sliced chicken.
