Grilled Chicken with Chimichurri, Green Beans and Red Onions

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breasts
- 200 g green beans
- 1 piece red onion
- 1 bunch fresh flat parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the chimichurri by finely chopping the parsley and garlic, then mix with olive oil and vinegar.
Step 2
Season the chicken breasts and grill for 6 to 7 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Blanch the green beans for 3 minutes in boiling water, then drain.
Step 4
Slice the red onion into thick rounds and grill for 3 minutes on each side. Serve the chicken topped with chimichurri alongside the vegetables.
