Quick Chicken Curry Pasta
Chicken thighs cooked in a wok with homemade curry and mixed with spaghetti. A savory and indulgent Thai-inspired dish.

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken thighs
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1.5 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Onion
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan for the pasta.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes and the onion into dice. Mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok and brown the chicken for 5-6 minutes over high heat.
Step 4
Add the onion, garlic, and curry. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Step 6
Add 100ml of water to the chicken and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Step 7
Drain the pasta and mix with the curried chicken. Season to taste. Serve hot.
