Gourmet Curry Chicken
Tender chicken thighs in a savory curry sauce. A simplified Indian dish ready in 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken thighs
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 piece Carrots
- 200 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 100 ml Sour cream
Instructions
Step 1
Cut up the chicken thighs and trim if necessary.
Step 2
Brown the chicken in a skillet with olive oil for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the chicken and cut the carrots into batons.
Step 4
Sauté the carrots in the same skillet for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle curry powder and mix for 1 minute.
Step 6
Pour in the water, return the chicken, simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Add the sour cream, season and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve.
