Pan-Seared Chicken with Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 300 g Potato
- 200 g Carrot
- 30 ml Oil
- 200 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and the vegetables into regular-sized dice.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and sear the chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Add the carrots and potatoes, then pour in the water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce reduce slightly for 2 minutes.
