- 1 piece Chicken
- 4 pieces Carrot
- 6 pieces Potato
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the carrots and potatoes into chunks.
Step 2
Place the chicken in an oven-safe dish with the vegetables around it.

Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and pour a little water into the dish.
