Quick Chicken Curry
A flavorful and spicy curry prepared in less than 30 minutes. Chicken cooked in a creamy coconut milk and curry powder sauce.

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes. Mince the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a Dutch oven. Sauté the chicken for 5-6 minutes until browned.
Step 3
Add the onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with curry and mix well.
Step 4
Pour in the milk, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice.
