Grilled Portobello Mushrooms Stuffed with Spinach and Feta
Large portobello mushrooms filled with sautéed spinach and crumbled feta, grilled until the cheese melts. Simple and delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 piece portobello mushrooms
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 100 g feta
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the stems from the portobellos and clean them. Mince the garlic finely.
Step 2
Sauté the spinach and garlic in olive oil until wilted.
Step 3
Fill the portobello caps with the spinach mixture and crumble feta on top.
Step 4
Grill the stuffed portobellos on medium heat with the lid closed for 8-10 minutes.
Step 5
Season with pepper and serve hot.
