Sweet Oat Porridge with Apples and Honey
A comforting and indulgent breakfast or dessert: oats cooked in milk with caramelized apples and a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients
- 80 g Oat flakes
- 250 ml Milk
- 200 g Apples
- 10 g Butter
- 15 g Sugar
- 100 ml Water
- 10 g Honey
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the apples and cut them into small dice.
Step 2
Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the apple pieces with sugar.
Step 3
Cook the apples for 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly.
Step 4
Pour in the milk and water, then add the oat flakes.
Step 5
Cook over low heat, stirring regularly for 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Serve in bowls and drizzle with a little honey.
