Savory Porridge with Carrots and Olives

Ingredients
- 150 g Rolled oats
- 400 ml Water
- 1 piece Carrots
- 50 g Olives
- 50 g Gruyère
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the water into the saucepan, add the rolled oats and butter. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely grate the carrot and pit the olives if necessary.
Step 3
Let the porridge cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly until thickened.
Step 4
Add the grated carrots, chopped olives, and grated Gruyère. Mix well.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Divide into bowls and serve hot.
