Creamy Oat Porridge
A comforting breakfast or brunch made with oat flakes. Sweetened simply with honey from your pantry if available.

Ingredients
- 50 g Oat flakes
- 150 ml Water
- 1 knob Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the water and oat flakes into a saucepan.
Step 2
Bring to a boil then reduce heat.
Step 3
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly until thickened.
Step 4
Pour into a bowl, add a knob of butter and a pinch of salt.
