Gourmet Carrot Porridge

Ingredients
- 150 g Oat flakes
- 400 ml Water or milk
- 1 piece Carrots
- 10 g Butter
- 1 pincée Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Add the oat flakes and salt, stirring regularly.
Step 3
Meanwhile, finely grate the carrot.
Step 4
When the porridge thickens, add the butter and stir.
Step 5
Serve in bowls and top with the grated carrot.
