Curry-Vegetable Breakfast Porridge
A savory oatmeal porridge with curry, carrots, and grated Gruyère. A delicious twist for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
- 100 g Oat flakes
- 300 ml Water
- 1 piece Carrots
- 40 g Gruyère
- 0.5 tsp Curry
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely grate the carrots.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
Step 3
Add the oat flakes and carrots, stir constantly for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the curry and butter, mix well.
Step 5
Pour into bowls and top with grated Gruyère. Serve hot.
