Savory Curry Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients
- 100 g Rolled oats
- 400 ml Water
- 1 tsp Curry
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Finely grate the carrot while the water heats.
Step 3
Add the oats and curry to the boiling water and stir.
Step 4
Stir in the grated carrot and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 5
Add the butter, stir, and serve in bowls.
