Oatmeal with Apples, Clementines and Walnuts
A delicious breakfast combining oat flakes, caramelized apples and fresh clementines, topped with crushed walnuts for a crunchy texture.

Ingredients
- 100 g Oat flakes
- 250 ml Water
- 50 g Potatoes (for texture)
- 3 unite Clementines
- 60 g Walnuts
- 15 g Butter
- 1 g Salt
- 0.5 tsp Mustard
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to boil in a saucepan with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Add the oat flakes and stir continuously for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel and finely slice the clementines and crush the walnuts.
Step 4
Stir the butter into the oatmeal and mix until creamy.
Step 5
Pour the oatmeal into bowls and top with clementines, walnuts and a touch of mustard for subtlety.
