Oatmeal Porridge
A comforting breakfast or snack made with oat flakes cooked in milk. Rich in fiber and very satisfying.

Ingredients
- 150 g Oat flakes
- 400 ml Milk
- 10 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar or honey
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the oat flakes and toast lightly for 2 minutes, stirring.
Step 3
Gradually add the milk while stirring well to avoid lumps.
Step 4
Cook over low heat, stirring regularly, until creamy, about 6-7 minutes.
Step 5
Add a pinch of salt and sweeten to taste. Serve hot.
