Porridge with Grated Carrots
A sweet and savory porridge with rolled oats topped with grated carrots for extra texture and indulgence. A delicious and filling breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
- 100 g Rolled oats
- 300 ml Water
- 2 pieces Carrots
- 10 g Butter
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, pour the water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the rolled oats and stir regularly for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, finely grate the carrots.
Step 4
Add the butter, salt and pepper to the porridge. Mix well.
Step 5
Pour the porridge into bowls and generously top with the grated carrots.
