Chocolate Porridge with Apple Compote
A rich and comforting breakfast combining oat flakes, hot chocolate, and homemade apple compote.

Ingredients
- 100 g Oat flakes
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 piece Apple
- 50 g Chocolate
- 15 g Sugar
- 100 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the apples into small pieces.
Step 2
Cook the apples in a pot with a little water and sugar for 8 minutes to make a compote.
Step 3
In another pot, pour milk and chocolate, whisk until dissolved.
Step 4
Add oat flakes and a pinch of salt, cook for 4 minutes while stirring.
Step 5
Pour porridge into bowls and top with a spoonful of compote.
