Sichuan Pork Stir-Fry with Peppers
Sliced pork sautéed with Sichuan pepper, colorful bell peppers, and cabbage. A spicy and addictive dish from central China.

Ingredients
- 300 g pork shoulder
- 1 piece green bell pepper
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 100 g green cabbage
- 1 tsp Sichuan pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the pork. Cut the peppers into strips and the cabbage into large pieces.
Step 2
Heat the wok over very high heat. Sear the pork for 2 minutes with the Sichuan pepper.
Step 3
Add the peppers and cabbage. Stir-fry for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce, toss vigorously for 1 minute and serve hot.
