Asian-Style Sautéed Potatoes with Broccoli

- 500 g Potato
- 300 g Broccoli
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 100 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into 1 cm cubes.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Sauté the potatoes for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 5
Add the broccoli and water, cover and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
