Crispy Pan-Roasted Potatoes and Broccoli
Golden pan-roasted potatoes served with tender broccoli, simply seasoned for maximum flavor.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 300 g Broccoli
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into 2cm cubes and cook in salted water for 12 minutes until partially cooked.
Step 2
Drain the potatoes and pan-fry with 2 tbsp of oil for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, pan-fry the broccoli cut into small florets with 2 tbsp of oil for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Combine both elements, season, and serve hot.
