Potato and Spinach Gratin with Cheese
An indulgent gratin combining potatoes, fresh spinach, and Gruyère. A revisited classic that pleases the whole family.

Ingredients
- 700 g Potatoes
- 300 g Fresh spinach
- 200 g Grated Gruyère
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 30 g Butter
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
Step 2
Clean and chop the spinach. Mince the garlic.
Step 3
Mix the sour cream with the minced garlic, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Butter a baking dish and arrange half of the potatoes in a layer.
Step 5
Pour half of the cream mixture, add the spinach, then a layer of cheese.
Step 6
Add the remaining potatoes, cream, and cheese on top.
Step 7
Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes until the gratin is golden and crispy.
