Hawaiian Tuna Poke Bowl
Raw tuna marinated in soy-sesame sauce with avocado, red onion, and nori seaweed, served over brown rice. A fresh and balanced Hawaiian plate.

Ingredients
- 500 g Red tuna
- 60 ml Soy sauce
- 15 ml Sesame oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 1 piece Red onion
- 2 piece Avocado
- 250 g Brown rice
- 2 leaf Nori seaweed
- 15 g Sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the brown rice for 30 minutes
Step 2
Cut the tuna into regular cubes
Step 3
Prepare the marinade with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger
Step 4
Marinate the tuna for 10 minutes in the refrigerator
Step 5
Prepare the toppings: sliced onion, diced avocado, and nori strips
Step 6
Assemble the bowls with rice, marinated tuna, and toppings
