Hawaiian Tuna Poke Bowl
A Hawaiian bowl with fresh raw tuna marinated in soy and ginger, served over rice and topped with avocado and nori. A fresh and flavorful dish.

Ingredients
- 400 g Fresh sushi-grade tuna
- 250 g Sushi rice
- 60 ml Soy sauce
- 30 ml Mirin
- 20 g Fresh ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- 20 g White sesame seeds
- 2 leaf Nori
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 100 g Edamame
- 30 ml Rice vinegar
- 4 g Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according to package directions and season with vinegar and salt.
Step 2
Cut the tuna into 2 cm cubes.
Step 3
Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, and crushed garlic.
Step 4
Marinate the tuna for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Divide the rice between two bowls.
Step 6
Top with marinated tuna, avocado, cucumber, edamame, and nori.
Step 7
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and serve.
