A bowl of raw tuna marinated in soy-sesame sauce, served over sushi rice with avocado, cucumber, and nori seaweed. Light and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 400 g Red tuna
- 200 g Sushi rice
- 30 ml Soy sauce
- 20 g White sesame seeds
- 10 ml Sesame oil
- 1 piece Avocado
- 0.5 piece Cucumber
- 2 leaf Nori seaweed
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 15 ml Rice vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
Step 2
Mix rice vinegar into the hot rice.
Step 3
Cut tuna into even cubes.
Step 4
Mix tuna with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Step 5
Prepare avocado, cucumber, and ginger.
Step 6
Assemble bowl with rice, tuna, and toppings.
Step 7
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and nori seaweed.
