Marinated Tofu Poke Bowl with Mango and Edamame
A colorful poke bowl with silky tofu marinated in lime juice and tamari, crunchy edamame, fresh mango and cucumber. A burst of Hawaiian flavors with no cooking required.

Ingredients
- 300 g firm tofu
- 100 g shelled edamame
- 1 piece mango
- 1 piece cucumber
- 1 piece lime
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 10 g sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm cubes. Mix with lime juice and tamari. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and dice the mango. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
Step 3
Assemble the bowls with marinated tofu, edamame, mango and cucumber. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
