Hawaiian Salmon Poké Bowl
An authentic Hawaiian poké without rice, featuring cubes of salmon marinated in soy sauce and sesame oil, served over edamame and crisp radishes, topped with avocado.

Ingredients
- 300 g fresh salmon fillet
- 1 piece avocado
- 100 g shelled edamame
- 6 piece radishes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the salmon into 2 cm cubes. Mix with soy sauce and sesame oil. Chill.
Step 2
Slice the avocado and radishes into thin rounds. Thaw the edamame if necessary.
Step 3
Assemble in bowls: edamame as the base, then marinated salmon, avocado, and radishes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
