Beef and Feta Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 piece bell peppers
- 300 g ground beef 5%
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 80 g feta
- 1 piece red onion
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds. Mince the onion and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and ground beef in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and oregano, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Stuff the pepper halves with the meat mixture. Crumble the feta on top.
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes until the peppers are tender and the feta is golden.
