Pan-Seared White Fish with Shredded Carrots
A simply pan-seared white fish fillet served with sautéed shredded carrots. Light and delicious.

Ingredients
- 250 g White fish
- 3 piece Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 10 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely shred the carrots.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the shredded carrots for 4 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer the carrots to a plate.
Step 4
In the same skillet, cook the fish fillet with a bit of butter for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Plate the fish over the carrots and serve hot.
