Grilled Fish with Roasted Broccoli and Carrots
A fish fillet accompanied by roasted vegetables. Flavorful, simple, and unpretentious for a healthy meal in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g Fish fillet
- 250 g Broccoli
- 2 piece Carrot
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the broccoli into florets and the carrots into sticks.
Step 2
Arrange the vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Roast the vegetables in the oven at 200°C for 12 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, place the fish on a plate, drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Add the fish to the baking sheet with the vegetables and bake for another 6 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
